To my Daughter Praxcis Merewether my land in Potterne called Rooken Marsh also Roomer to have and to hold for ever.
Provided my son Christopher Merewether pay to Praxis his sister 250pounds when Praxis reaches 21(when the land becomes his for ever). Until Praxicis becomes 21,my executrix shall hold the land for her, PraxcisEducation and maintenance. If Praxcis shall die before 21, some land to go to Christopher, my Rooken Marsh and to my son William Merewether theother portion.
