Will dated 20 April 1611.
In the name of God Amen. I John Meriwether the younger of Great
Cheverall, Wiltes, yeoman.
I give to the hospitall of Heytesbury a quarter of wheate.
I give unto Jane my nowe wife 200 pounds.
Unto William my sonne with the 40 pound wch his unckle Will M gave him
and his uncle Thomas gave him, 300 pounds and a bed, &c., given him by
his grandmother Johan ARCHARD widdowe.
Unto Johan my dau. 120 pounds.
Unto Jeoffrey my son 300 pounds at 21.
Unto John and Christopher my sonnes all my estate in my farme of Tylsted,
Wiltes.
The said John executor, Christofer under 21.
To Anne Long my godchild six ewes.
To Edward Sonmer my godchild, Thomas Beriman, Thomas Meriwther, Mary
