He died in, California, USA but is buried in OREGON. The family ploy at
River View Cemetery 342 Acres overlooking the Willamette River West end
of the sellwood bridge. Very beautiful place. Was there in 1996 and it
was over grown. They cleaned it up and sent me a notice that they had
done that. There is still 3 or 4 plots paid for that can be used.

prostitution there. I have a copy of the marriage certificate of Nellie
BUSBY to Charles D MERCER 19 Sep 1888 along with her father John being at
his home and Lydia BUSBY her sister being the witness. W DYER performed
the marriage and he was from St Daniel Church Portland, Oregon, USA
