He died May 20, 1821 in Barrington, Strafford, New Hampshire, USA. Sarah Foss, daughter of Joshua Foss and Lydia Rand , was born December 30, 1748 in Rye, New Hampshire, USA. She died January 20, 1817.

He was an ordained preacher of the Free Will Baptist Church and signed
the pledge to support the Rev at Barrington 1776. This according to
several records on OTIS family history.

Rev. Micahah Born 21 May 1747 died 20 May 1821 married Sarah FOSS
On Page 10 says Sarah Daughter of Joshua FOSS bought land Lots 17 and 18
in the first range of lots, together making 120 acres purchased 19 Jul
1737 along with James SHUTE of Rye. Joshua having the eastern part.
Joshua was born 26 Dec 1709 in Rye and died in Barrington 17 Apr 1809. he
married first Lydia RAND of RYE and second Charity DREW widow of Jacob
DANIELS by the first marriage were Sarah (OTIS), Thomas, Joshua Jr.
Hannah DANIELSON Joihn, Ephraim, Lydia and Moses.
