Margaret (Maggie) Bell Boucher, 85, passed away at her residence on
November 15, 2000. She was born April 15, 1915 in Caddo, Oklahoma.Mrs.
Boucher attended Ardmore and Caddo high schools where she was Homecoming
Football Queen. She married Ausborn “Al” Boucher of Brock, Oklahoma on
September 15, 1937 in Gainesville, Texas. She was a dedicated homemaker
during her life, especially during her husband’s Navy career that took
the family all over the United States, Canada and the South Pacific. She
was always actively involved in the church community and most recently a
member of 34 years at Mary Niblack Baptist Church. Survivors include her
husband, Al, of the home; sons, Michael Lee and wife, Vicky, of Apple
Valley, Minnesota, and Arthur Jimmie and wife, Elaine, of San Jose,
California; four grandchildren, Michael Jr., and wife, Susan, of
Minneapolis, Minnesota, Elisabeth and husband, Daniel Edgar, of
Lakeville, Minnesota, Margaret “Peggy” of Playa Del Rey, California, and
Karl and wife, Melissa, of San Jose; a great-grandchild, Joshua, of
Minneapolis; her sisters, Juanita, and husband, Gene Brownen, and Jessie
Cross, all of Ardmore, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews, Jack Cross and his
wife, Artie, of Marietta, Oklahoma, Joyce Hendrix and Rebecca DeLeon of
Ardmore, Sherri Dale White of Las Vegas, Nevada, Rudi Dale Bell of
Fresno, California, and David Bell of Narco, California, and among her
many cousins, Elaine Braly, Ann Jones of Sherman, Texas, Charlotte
Schuepbach of Crosby, Texas, Robert Williams and wife, Anna Marie, Gene
Lane and wife, Rosetta, Carroll Bell of Ardmore and C.L. Bell of Caddo.
