Morning View Cemetery is located off South Union Avenue, about two blocks
south of the Dale County Court House, Ozark, Alabama. It adjoins the
Union Cemetery, also known as Ozark City Cemetery, located across the
street from the Ozark Baptist Church. A wrought iron fence separates the
two cemeteries. Morning View is located on a hillside with considerable
slope downward to the bottom. Woods of mostly oak trees surround the
lower sides of the cemetery, and a small fishpond lies to the back of
